Fibula "Ummm"
Tibia "Either is good with me"

ANSWER:
A joint decision of all the leg parts, only the knee makes a decision on which way to go. The Femur, Fibular and Tibia are all leg bones, but the knee is the leg joint.
Hint: Many people have a joint of roast meat for Sunday Lunch.
